In doing so, we support research work and participate in scientific projects. Our research and development partners are well-known organizations, institutions and companies.

A number of our devices and systems have been developed in cooperation with professional associations and organizations oriented towards occupational safety – and were then the first of their kind to appear on the market. They have set milestones in technology and were the result of lighthouse projects. Thus, our specialists have been valued for decades for their outstanding expertise and are in demand as speakers for scientific lectures and participation in research projects.

The relevance of our research work was recognized in 2021 with the first award of the BSFZ seal for our development work in the field of temperature screening. The seal is awarded by the Certification Body for the Research Allowance (BSFZ) to companies whose research and development projects qualify under Germany’s tax incentive program for R&D. The BSFZ is operated by a consortium of experienced project management organizations, while the Federal Ministry of Education and Research is responsible for its technical and legal oversight.

Since then, our research activities have been recognized again – most recently with the BSFZ seal for 2025 and 2026. These repeated awards underline the consistent quality of our research and development work.
