The FST gate control system is a universally applicable compact control with integrated frequency inverter. In addition to numerous functions and configuration options, such as soft start and stop, it scores points for its partially automated commissioning and high level of user-friendliness.
The FST is suitable for all common gates and barriers and is available in two versions:
- as FST-75 with 0.75-kW frequency converter
- as FST-150 with 1.5-kW frequency converter
Furthermore, in addition to the standard version in IP54 housing, both types are also available as a variant for control cabinet installation. The microprocessor-based compact controller meets the requirements of the European standards EN 12453 and EN 12978 and offers a wide range of safety functions.
After switching on the control unit for the first time, the connected components are automatically recognized and set up. The control is thus immediately ready for operation. The end positions can be set (MLS) or programmed (DLS). Afterwards, the frequency inverter is already optimally set (self-learning). Only the parameterization of the desired functions such as time feed is still required.
Functional and convenient
All control settings can be made via the integrated function menu. This is done using a rotary pushbutton in combination with a digital seven-segment display. The menu is intuitive and enables simple and fast operation. Outside the programming mode, the segment display provides permanent information on the current status of the system. Any faults that occur can thus be read off directly.
