The WST-18 is a compact reversing contactor controller for all common types of gates, doors and barriers. It meets the requirements for the safety of use of power-operated gates and contains a comprehensive function package. With a switching capacity of 1.1 kW, two integrated switching amplifiers for contact strips and support for various limit switch systems, it satisfies the requirements profile of numerous plant configurations. It meets the high standards of EN 12453, according to whose guidelines it was designed.

Function and Equipment

The control system offers extensive functions that can be configured quickly and easily. The available signal relays can be assigned a range of fixed functions, such as simple traffic light control or position reporting.

The optionally available add-on board with four additional output relays can be used to expand the WST-18 to include additional special functions such as a traffic light control system that regulates the right of way.
