The decision to reorient oneself professionally is usually a carefully considered decision and demonstrates a sense of responsibility and courage. We therefore do not regard deviations from a straightforward curriculum vitae as a flaw, but rather as a sign of self-reflection and decisiveness. After all, skills and experience acquired along the way can play an important role in a new start, even without a certificate.

NEXT STEP niederrhein’ is a great project on the subject of doubts about studying and dropping out under the umbrella of the universities of the Niederrhein and Rhein-Waal. We have recently been listed as a supporting company at https://www.next-step-niederrhein.de/unternehmensliste.

We offer a variety of jobs with a lot of practical experience. Those who decide to drop out of their studies can combine theoretical knowledge well with practical experience at GTE. What counts with us is initiative, team spirit, creativity and motivation. The working environment is characterized by trust in the employees’ abilities and plenty of scope for personal development.
