With Stefan Clemens, the GTE Executive Board has repositioned itself in addition to Hans Ulrich Clemens and Martin Becken.

Stefan Clemens has been responsible for Finance, Tax, Marketing & Human Resources since the beginning of this year. He takes over the responsibilities of his father Hans Ulrich Clemens, who will remain in his position in an advisory role until the end of 2025.
