At this year's EUSAS conference of the European Society for Automatic Alarm Systems e.V., we will again participate with our know-how about early fire detection using ADICOS, our Advanced Discovery System. The event will take place from 10 to 11 May 2023 in Frankfurt/Main. This year, it will focus on the risks of fires in the field of electromobility.
Dr. Jörg Kelleter, an expert in fire sensor technology from our ADICOS business unit, will report on fire detection issues with alternatively powered vehicles on ferry ships. Due to the spatial narrowness and the lack of evasion possibilities at sea, innovative detection systems have to be used for early fire detection. The presentation relates to the ALBERO project funded by the Ministry of Education for Research and Development in Germany.
