The employees of the GTE family now receive a fully employer-funded GTE company pension. Furthermore, they will benefit from the GTE health care system. To this end, the new GTE health system is based on three pillars: Health budget, health services and digital coach.
The health budget - on top of the salary - covers many costs that are not covered by statutory health insurance, e.g. massages, special dental treatments, glasses, non-medical practitioner services, etc. The health services are free of charge and the employees get short-term access to specialist appointments, the 24/7 health phone or medical video consultations. The digital coach is a health portal via app with many programs for nutrition, fitness and relaxation. In total, more than 300 health offerings are available.
