With KMG-VISION.cloud from GTE Industrieelektronik, gate manufacturers, certified inspectors, and service companies finally gain streamlined processes for testing power-operated doors and gates. The cloud solution is ideal for businesses that offer or perform closing force measurements in accordance with DIN EN 12453, EN 16005, EN 16361, EN 17352, and ASR A1.7. The system consists of PC software for back-office use (MANAGER) and an app for on-site testing. A key advantage of the system is the integrated template designer (CREATOR). This feature allows you to create, structure, and design test report templates individually and in line with your corporate identity. The most important templates according to ASR or DGUV are already included as ready-to-use versions – and can be adapted as needed.
Streamlined Processes

In the software, customer and gate data are stored, test requirements and schedules – including templates – are preconfigured, and then transferred to the mobile device. Via the app, multiple measurements as well as relevant parameters such as static and dynamic forces, peak force, mean value, or force curve can be conveniently recorded and documented. The measurement data and all further information – including images – are then sent back to the MANAGER via the cloud.
The solution is perfectly matched to the KMG-T closing force measuring device, but thanks to the flexible templates, other processes in the testing context can also be easily mapped. Post-processing of the appointment is convenient, as all data is available digitally and stored together with the metadata in the management software.

On site, the focus is only on testing – not on administration.
