When measuring sliding friction with our GMG devices, the sliders must be ground flat before each series of measurements and the surfaces must be clean and dust-free. We offer a GMG-Carrier-Plate as an accessory for this purpose. The carrier plate makes measurement preparation much easier, is easy to handle, transportable and good to store.  The new GMG-Carrier-Plate meets all the requirements for measurement preparation that have been updated in standardization
